This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products purchased directly from the CYJIBE official website. We aim to ensure your satisfaction with our children’s toys and provide a fair and transparent return process.
2. 7-Day Unconditional Return
You may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, provided the items are unopened, unused, in original condition, with all packaging, labels, and accessories intact. Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Returns for Quality Issues
If you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect items due to our error, you may request a return, replacement, or full refund within 30 days of delivery. We will cover all return shipping fees and process a replacement or full refund once the returned items are inspected and verified.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or damaged: customized or personalized products, opened baby soothing or skin-contact toys, assembled or used items, clearance or final-sale products, and items with missing original packaging or accessories.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and photos or videos of the item issue. Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization and shipping instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3 to 7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
7. Order Cancellation
Unshipped orders may be canceled free of charge. Once an order has been shipped, it must be returned in accordance with this policy.
